What it is like to work here.
Rose Dental Care of Tyler is led by Dr. L. Nicole Nash, DMD on Troup Hwy. Small team, broad scope, busy days — and no layer of management between you and the person making decisions.
The thing we are genuinely fussy about is how patients are looked after, especially the anxious ones and the ones who have stayed away from dentists for years. Skills can be taught; that instinct is harder to find.
