We are at 5111 Troup Hwy #100, Tyler, TX 75707, a few minutes from Midtown and an easy run from Whitehouse, Noonday and Bascom. Patient parking sits behind the building, so you are never circling the block before an appointment.
Phones are answered during opening hours by someone in the building — not a call centre. Outside those hours, online booking stays open and we pick up messages first thing the next working morning.

Monday to Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday — but online booking is open 24/7.
