What happens after you book.
You will get a confirmation straight away, then a reminder before the day. Bring your insurance card and a list of anything that has been bothering you — sensitivity, a rough edge, a tooth you have been avoiding.
A first visit is usually an exam, any necessary digital x-rays, and a clean if your gums are in a state to allow one. If treatment is needed, you leave with a written, itemised plan and an estimate — not an invoice you were not expecting.
Before your first visit
Bring your insurance card
We will verify your benefits and apply them to any estimate we give you.
List your concerns
Even small things. They are often the clue to something worth catching early.
Arrive ten minutes early
Enough time for paperwork without cutting into your chair time.
Tell us if you are nervous
Say it at booking and we will allow extra time and go at your pace.
Common questions
Answers before you book.
Still unsure about something? Call (903) 630-7357 and talk it through with our team.
How soon can I be seen?
Often within the same week, and same-day for genuine emergencies. Call (903) 630-7357 if you need something urgently.
Can I book outside opening hours?
Yes — online booking is always open. Monday to Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Closed Saturday and Sunday — but online booking is open 24/7.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just call us. We only ask for as much notice as you can reasonably give so the slot can go to someone else.
