In network means less paperwork and a smaller bill.
Being in network with Delta Dental means we have agreed fees with them. Your plan pays its share at the contracted rate, you pay the difference, and we submit the claim on your behalf — you do not have to file anything.
Before any treatment starts we verify your benefits, check what has already been used this year, and give you a written estimate with the plan’s contribution applied. If something is not covered, you will know before we begin, not after.
How we handle your benefits
We verify first
Bring your card to the first visit, or call ahead and we will check coverage before you arrive.
We estimate in writing
A clear breakdown of what Delta Dental pays and what you pay.
We file the claim
Submitted directly by our office. You are not left posting forms.
We flag the deadline
Most benefits reset annually and do not roll over. We will remind you if you are leaving money unused.
Common questions
Answers before you book.
Still unsure about something? Call (903) 630-7357 and talk it through with our team.
How do I know if my plan is accepted?
Call (903) 630-7357 with your card to hand and we will verify it while you are on the phone. Delta Dental offers many different plans and coverage varies between them.
What if my plan is not in network?
We still file claims for most other PPO plans. You may pay a little more out of pocket, and we will tell you exactly how much before treatment.
Do my benefits expire?
Almost always, yes. Most dental plans run on a calendar year and unused benefit does not carry over. Late in the year is a good time to schedule outstanding work.
