Four things that expire with the plan year.
Dental insurance is unusual: you pay premiums all year for an annual maximum that vanishes if unspent. Deductibles reset too, so the money you have already put towards this year’s threshold resets with it.
Call (903) 630-7357 and we will check what is left on your plan. If you have work outstanding, we can often sequence part of it before the reset and the rest afterwards — using two annual maximums instead of one.
What you stand to lose
Your annual maximum
The yearly cap your insurer will pay towards treatment. Unused, it is gone for good.
Your deductible
Already met it this year? It resets, so you will pay it again from scratch.
Preventive visits
Most plans cover two cleanings and exams a year at little or no cost to you.
Your premiums’ value
You paid for the cover all year. Not using it is the one guaranteed way to waste it.

Still unsure about something? Call (903) 630-7357 and talk it through with our team.
How do I find out what I have left?
Call (903) 630-7357 with your insurance card and we will check your remaining maximum while you are on the phone.
Can treatment be split across two plan years?
Often, yes — and it can meaningfully reduce what you pay. We will tell you if your plan is a good candidate for that.
Does every plan run on the calendar year?
Most do, but not all. Some run from your enrolment date instead, which is another good reason to let us verify rather than guess.
